90-Day Spring Cohort 2026

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

At Stop the Starving Artist, we believe this program works when it is fully implemented. Because of that, we offer a 90-Day Action-Based Guarantee for students who take consistent action and do not earn back their initial program investment.

1. 90-Day Action-Based Guarantee

The Spring 2026 cohort action period runs from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. All students β€” regardless of their individual purchase date β€” share these same cohort deadlines. If you purchase after April 1st, your action period still begins on April 1st and ends on June 30th.

Before your action period begins, you will have a short foundation period to get set up. Use this time to:

  • Complete core modules
  • Clarify your messaging and offer
  • Set up your sales process

Here is how the key dates break down:

  • April 1 – June 30: Your 90-day action period. This is when all posting, list-building, and sales activity must take place.
  • July 1 – July 15: A two-week grace period to wrap up any final activity and gather your documentation.
  • July 31: Final deadline to submit your refund or support request. No requests will be accepted after this date.

If you fully meet the eligibility requirements below and do not earn back your program investment by June 30, 2026, you may choose one of the following:

  • Option A: Receive a full refund of your program purchase price.
  • Option B: Receive an additional 90 days of support inside our private community at no cost.

You must choose one option. Both may not be claimed.

What "Earning Back Your Investment" Means

The heART Based Accelerator is priced at $497. Earning back your investment means generating $497 or more in gross sales of your art during the April 1 – June 30 action period.

Gross sales means the total amount of revenue you collect from buyers β€” before subtracting any expenses, platform fees, shipping costs, or other deductions. For example, if you sell $600 worth of art but spend $150 on materials and $30 in payment processing fees, your gross sales are still $600 β€” which meets the threshold.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for either a refund or additional support, you must complete all of the following. Together, these requirements represent the complete sales process taught inside the program. Completing them fully and in good faith is what qualifies you for the guarantee.

A. Consistent Posting

Post an average of 5 times per week throughout the April 1 – June 30 action period (approximately 60+ posts total) on your primary social media platform.

Documentation required: Provide dates and links or screenshots of your posts demonstrating consistent weekly posting activity throughout the action period.

B. Clear Calls to Action – Priority List Building (May)

During May, publish at least 10 posts with a clear call to action inviting your audience to join your priority list.

Each qualifying post must:

  • Clearly state the specific action the viewer needs to take to get on the priority list (e.g., "DM me the word PRIORITY," "Click the link in bio to sign up," etc.)

Documentation required: Provide dates and links or screenshots of all 10 qualifying priority list posts, confirming they were published during May.

C. Clear Sales Offers

Publish at least 10 posts that clearly offer your art for sale during the action period.

Each qualifying sales post must:

  • Clearly state that the artwork is for sale
  • Clearly explain where it can be purchased
  • Clearly explain how to purchase it (link, website, DM instructions, etc.)

Documentation required: Provide dates and links or screenshots of all 10 qualifying sales posts.

D. Clear Email Offers – Priority List Campaign (June)

During June, send at least 5 emails to your priority list following this sequence:

  • Emails 1 & 2 – Introduce the offer: Two emails that introduce and build excitement around your offer before asking for the sale.
  • Emails 3 & 4 – Make the offer: Two emails that directly pitch your offer and invite your priority list to purchase.
  • Email 5 – Last-day reminder: One email sent on the final day of your offer reminding your list that it is their last chance to purchase.

For the purposes of this guarantee, a qualifying sale is any sale of your art that occurs during the April 1 – June 30 action period β€” whether the buyer was previously on your priority list or is someone new. We recognize that the consistent work you put into this process β€” your posting, your list-building, and your outreach β€” is what creates the conditions for sales to happen, regardless of where a buyer first discovered you.

Documentation required: Provide screenshots or exported records of all 5 emails showing send dates, subject lines, and content, confirming they were sent to your priority list during June and follow the sequence above.

E. Program Completion

Complete all course modules and associated coursework.

Documentation required: Provide confirmation of course completion (e.g., a completion certificate or a platform progress screenshot showing all modules finished).

F. Implementation of the Sales Process

The eligibility requirements outlined in Sections A through E are the sales process taught inside this program. Completing all five requirements in full and in good faith demonstrates that you have implemented the strategy as intended. There is no separate or additional requirement beyond what is listed above.

3. Request Process

To request a refund or additional support:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include your order number
  • Provide all documentation listed under each eligibility requirement above (Sections A–E)

Requests must be submitted by July 31, 2026. No requests will be accepted after this date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

This guarantee applies only to the heART Based Accelerator course purchase. The following are non-refundable:

  • Community membership payments
  • Downloadable products
  • Live workshops
  • Coaching sessions
  • Add-on services

5. Results Disclaimer and Limited Liability

Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, audience engagement, pricing, market conditions, and other external factors. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

If eligibility requirements are met, our liability is limited to either:

  • A refund of the purchase price ($497), or
  • An additional 90 days of support inside our private community at no cost

Under no circumstances shall Stop the Starving Artist, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
