Refund Policy - heART Based Accelerator

At Stop the Starving Artist, we are dedicated to helping you succeed in your art business through our courses. If you have followed the course and do not see a noticeable improvement in your sales or marketing strategies within 90 days, we offer you the opportunity to work with us for free until you do. This includes 3 months of free access to our private community for coaching and support, which can be extended at your request.
1. Eligibility for Additional Support
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our courses. Instead, if you do not see a noticeable improvement in your art business after completing the course, you may be eligible for additional support.
- Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for additional support, you must:
- Create and post at least 36 posts over 90 days on your chosen social media platforms.
- Complete of all course modules and related coursework.
- Have clear proof that you have made an offer to sell your art in at least 5 posts during the 90-day period.
Customers who meet these criteria but do not achieve a noticeable improvement are eligible for 3 months of free access to our private community for coaching and support.

3. Non-Refundable Items
- Exclusions: This policy applies only to theĀ heART Based Sales Accelerator course. Other products or services, such as downloadable products, live workshops, or coaching sessions, are not eligible for extended support under this policy.
4. Exceptions
- Special Circumstances: In the event of a personal emergency, please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will work with you to find a solution.
5. Limited Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible guidance and resources through our course, individual results may vary based on a variety of factors, including the customerā€™s effort, market conditions, and other variables outside of our control. By purchasing and participating in the course, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Our liability is limited to providing the additional support outlined in this policy. Under no circumstances shall Stop the Starving Artist, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
