Refund Policy – heART Based Accelerator

Effective Date: 2.27.2026

At Stop the Starving Artist, we believe this program works when it is fully implemented. Because of that, we offer a 90-Day Action-Based Guarantee for students who take consistent action and do not earn back their initial program investment.

1. 90-Day Action-Based Guarantee

Your 90-day implementation period begins 7 days after your purchase date.

This 7-day foundation period allows you time to:

Complete core modules
Clarify your messaging and offer
Set up your sales process

After this foundation period, your official 90-day action period begins.

If you fully meet the eligibility requirements below and do not earn back the full amount of your initial program investment within your 90-day action period, you may choose one of the following:

Option A: Receive a full refund of your program purchase price.
Option B: Receive an additional 90 days of support inside our private community at no cost.

You must choose one option. Both may not be claimed.

“Earn back your initial investment” means total gross revenue generated from the sale of your art during the 90-day action period equals or exceeds the amount paid for the heART Based Accelerator program.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for either a refund or additional support, you must complete all of the following during your 90-day action period:

A. Consistent Posting

Post an average of 5 times per week for 90 days (approximately 60+ posts total) on your primary social media platform.

B. Clear Sales Offers

Publish at least 10 posts that clearly offer your art for sale.

Each qualifying sales post must:

Clearly state that the artwork is for sale
Clearly explain where it can be purchased
Clearly explain how to purchase it (link, website, DM instructions, etc.)

C. Program Completion

Complete all course modules and associated coursework.

D. Implementation of Strategy

Demonstrate that you followed the sales process taught inside the program.

3. Request Process

To request a refund or additional support:

Include your order number
Provide documentation showing:
- Dates and links or screenshots of your posts
- Evidence of the 10 qualifying sales posts
- Proof of total revenue generated during the 90-day action period
- Confirmation of course completion

Requests must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the 90-day action period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

This guarantee applies only to the heART Based Accelerator course purchase.

The following are non-refundable:

Community membership payments
Downloadable products
Live workshops
Coaching sessions
Add-on services

5. Results Disclaimer and Limited Liability

Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, audience engagement, pricing, market conditions, and other external factors. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

If eligibility requirements are met, our liability is limited to either:

A refund of the purchase price, or
The additional 90 days of support outlined above.

Under no circumstances shall Stop the Starving Artist, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
