Refund Policy - The heART Based Accelerator LIVE
Effective Date: 9.25.2024
At Stop the Starving Artist, we are fully committed to your success in the heART Based Accelerator LIVE program. If, after fully participating in the course and implementing the strategies, you do not see a noticeable improvement in your sales or marketing results within 12 months, we will offer you the opportunity to continue working with us for free for another full year.
1. Eligibility for Additional Support
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for The heART Based Accelerator LIVE. However, if you complete the course, meet the requirements, and have not made back your course investment, you are eligible for additional support as outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for another free year of support, you must:
- Attend at least 4 out of the 6 live sessions during the course.
- Complete all course modules.
- Actively engage by creating and posting at least 156 social media posts over the 12-month period (roughly 3 posts per week), showcasing your art and using the marketing strategies taught in the course.
- Include clear proof of offering your art for sale in at least 40 of those posts over the 12-month period (about 1 post every 1.5 weeks).
- Actively participate in the 12-month support community by attending at least 10 coaching calls and contributing to the discussions.
If you have completed all of these requirements and have not made back the money you invested in the course, you are eligible for another 12 months of free access to our support community, including ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance.
2. Requesting Additional Support
Request Process:
To request additional support, email us at info@stopthestarvingartist.com with your order number and documentation of your participation (post links, sales offers, etc.).
Required Information:
You must include proof of course completion, social media posts, sales offers, and community engagement efforts to be eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Items
This policy applies only to The heART Based Accelerator LIVE. Other products or services, including downloadable content, live workshops, or coaching sessions, are not eligible for extended support under this policy.
4. Exceptions
If you experience a personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from meeting the requirements, please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will work with you to find a solution.
5. Limited Liability
We are dedicated to providing the best possible tools and guidance through this program, but individual results may vary due to factors such as your effort, market conditions, and external influences. By purchasing and participating in the program, you acknowledge that specific results are not guaranteed.
Our liability is limited to providing the additional support outlined in this policy. Stop the Starving Artist and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
