heART Club Content Calendars — Explainer

heART Club · Content System · Step 3

Turn your plan into a month of posts.

You've already done two things: your 90-day plan (what to focus on) and your Mission and Content Topics (what to post about). This page is step 3. It shows you how your posts should look and when to post them, then points you to your prompts. Never done this before? You're in exactly the right place. Read it top to bottom.

Step 1 · Done
Your 90-day plan told you what to focus on each month.
Step 2 · Done
Your Mission and Content Topics told you what to post about.

How to use this, step by step

  1. Start with your 90-day plan. It already told you which of the three calendars below you're using this month: Foundation, Grow, or Sell. If you haven't done your plan yet, do that first.
  2. Find your calendar below and look at the week. Every weekday has a color, and the color is the kind of post you make that day.
  3. Check the color key so you know what each color means (a belief post, a values post, and so on).
  4. Download this month's prompts using the button at the bottom of this page.
  5. For each day, match the color. Open the matching color in your prompts, pick one you like, and fill in the blanks using your Mission and Content Topics answers. Then post. That's the day done.

The color key

Each color is one kind of post. When you see a color on your calendar, you make that kind of post that day.

Why / Beliefs
A post about you as a person and something you believe. Example: why you think everyone is creative.
Values
A post about something you care about or that inspires you. Example: a quote that hit you, or a book you love.
Behind the Scenes
A post that shows your art and the story behind it. Example: the piece you're working on and what it means to you.
Offer
A post that invites people to do something. Example: join your email list, or buy your art. You only use this in a Sell month.

Your three calendars

Your plan puts you on one of these each month. Each calendar below is an example layout. You can move which post goes on which day to fit your week. What matters is that you make this mix of posts across the week. Weekdays only, five posts a week, four weeks.

A.Foundation calendar

When to use this
Use this in any month your plan marks as Foundation. That means you're not posting regularly yet.

Your only goal this month is to build the habit of posting five times a week. Every post is about you: what you believe (terracotta) and what you care about (sage). You are not selling anything, and you are not asking anyone to buy. There is no pressure. You are just getting comfortable showing up. Five posts, Monday to Friday, every week.

B.Grow calendar

When to use this
Use this in any month your plan marks as Grow.

This month your goal is to reach more people. Four days are about you (your beliefs and your values), and one day you show the behind-the-scenes of your art. You are still not selling this month. You are building an audience now, so that when you do sell later, people already know you and are listening.

C.Sell calendar (your launch)

When to use this
Use this in any month your plan marks as Sell. This is the month you actually sell something.

This month, two things happen at the same time: your usual social posts, and emails to your email list. The calendar below shows both. The colored boxes are your social posts. The email tags show which email to send that week. You send one email a week for the first three weeks, then two in the final week.

What you're doing each week

Weeks 1 to 3Warm people up. Keep posting your beliefs and values, show behind-the-scenes of the piece you're going to sell, and send one story email each week. You are not asking for the sale yet. You are building up to it.
Week 4Make the offer. Monday, post one last behind-the-scenes of the piece. Tuesday through Friday, post your offer that tells people exactly how to buy. Send Email 4 on Wednesday and Email 5 on Thursday. Friday has no email, so you get one extra day to keep selling on social.
The payoffBy the time you ask people to buy in week 4, they've been hearing the story for three weeks. So the offer never feels like it came out of nowhere.

How your plan picked your calendar

You never choose your calendar. Your 90-day plan chose it for you, based on where your art business is right now. Here's how it decided.

What your plan saysMonth 1Month 2Month 3
You already have 100+ on your email listSellGrowGrow
You post consistently, but list is under 100GrowGrowSell
You're not posting consistently yetFoundationGrowSell

The rule behind it: your first sale only ever lands in Month 1 or Month 3, never Month 2. That's why the Sell calendar shows up exactly where it does.

Where the actual words come from

Why / Beliefs prompt for any terracotta day

The prompt

My mission: ______. You know, sometimes ______. Then this little voice says: '______.' And I say back? '______.'

Where each blank comes from

  • Blank 1 → your answer to Question 1 (your big idea)
  • Blank 2 → your answer to Question 4 (a real-life moment)
  • Blank 3 → your answer to Question 6 (an old belief)
  • Blank 4 → your answer to Question 7 (the belief you have now)

The sage (Values), yellow (Behind the Scenes), and charcoal (Offer) prompts work exactly the same way. Each one tells you which answer to copy for every blank.
