Submit Your ChoiceSoft Sell
The easiest way to sell your art. You're not making anything new โ you're selling work you already made and getting people on your email list along the way.
Everything you need is right here โ watch the walkthrough video and download your monthly checklist to get started.
- You don't have a big art release planned
- You want an easier month
- You want to sell existing art
- Your quarterly goal is small (sell 1โ2 pieces)
- You're willing to post on social and invite people to your email list
Month 1: Choose your offer โ write your emails โ invite people to sign up.
Month 2: Send the emails โ make your offer โ try to sell. That's it.
1. Choose what you're selling. Pick art that already exists. The best version is three price points (cheap, middle, expensive) so people can choose what feels right. If you only have two pieces, pick the middle and the expensive. If you only have one, pick your most expensive โ never the cheapest as your only option.
Don't overthink this. This is practice, not perfection.
2. Write your emails. Don't write from scratch. Download the email sequence below, fill in the blanks, done.
3. Choose when emails will go out next month. Week 1 โ 1 email. Week 2 โ 1 email. Week 3 โ 1 email. Week 4 โ 2 emails. Five total. Pick the days, write them down, commit.
4. Invite people to your email list once a week. One post per week that says "I'm running a special offer next month โ DM me or comment 'email' to get on the list." Either send them to a signup page or collect emails manually in a notes app. Both work.
- How many people join
- If anyone joins this week
- Whether it feels "annoying"
- The size of your list
- Whether you've ever done this before
Your only job: practice inviting people. That's it.
This month
- Choose what you're selling
- Write the emails using the template
- Pick send dates for next month
- Once a week, invite people to your email list
Next month
- Send the emails
- Make the offer
- Try to sell
Automation
A set-it-once system that sells your art on autopilot. People join your email list, the emails send by themselves, the offer gets made โ without you doing anything extra.
Everything you need is right here โ watch the walkthrough video and download your monthly checklist to get started.
- You don't have a big release ready
- You want a system that runs in the background
- You're up for some setup work this month to save effort later
- Small-to-medium quarterly goal โ no big sales push needed
Go through the automation course. That's it.
You are not required to finish everything perfectly, launch anything big, or stress about sales. Just work through the course as you have time.
- Open the automation course
- Work through it at your own pace
- Set up your automated email sequence
- Next month: focus on getting people into the system
Full Release
A full art release. You're not learning anything new โ you're following the heART Based Sales Accelerator exactly as it already exists. We're just stretching the timeline so it's easier and more focused.
Everything you need is right here โ watch the walkthrough video and download your monthly checklist to get started.
- You want to do a full art release
- You're ready to sell multiple pieces
- You're okay with a longer, more focused process
Modules 4 and 5 get more time. Instead of rushing them, we slow them down. Same actions โ more breathing room. That's it.
Month 1 (Priority List Month): Only focus on building a priority list โ people who want first access when the release goes live.
Month 2 (Release Month): Week 1 โ invite people to the priority list every day. Weeks 2โ3 โ sell. Follow the program exactly.
What a priority list is: a list of people who raised their hand. They want first access. They know something's coming.
Your weekly content: keep posting normally. Pick one day per week (e.g. Wednesday) โ that's your "join the priority list" day. Show a process video, finished work, or a current piece, then say something like:
"I'm releasing new pieces next month. I only have a few available. Join the priority list so you don't miss it."
How people join: a signup page, or DMs / comments. Same instructions you already have โ nothing new here.
- You don't need new lessons
- You don't need new strategies
- You don't need extra content ideas
Just follow the program. Take more time.
Month 1
- Follow the program
- Extend Module 4 across the whole month
- Invite people to the priority list every week
Month 2
- Week 1: invite people to the priority list daily
- Weeks 2โ3: sell, following the program exactly
If your question is about your offer, pricing, what you're selling, or the release itself โ bring it to a Sales Q&A call (not a content call). Submit it through the questionnaire so it gets answered.
